- The McConnell Library Web site is provided as a service to the students, faculty, and staff of Radford Univeristy in Radford, VA.
- Off-campus Access to Restricted Resources
- Most databases, e-journals, and digital collections on the Library's Web site are licensed for use on the campus of Radford University. Off-campus access is restricted to current Radford University students, faculty, and staff, as required by license agreements made with the vendors and publishers, and in some cases as required by copyright law. Off-campus access to these resources is handled through the proxy server. The proxy server assigns authorized users a Radford University IP address, granting them access to restricted library resources.
